Rifle Specifications for Pictured Rifle:

• The receiver is a trued Remington 700 right hand, chrome moly action modified as a single shot. The recoil lug is a Callahan .5". The lug is stainless steel and precision ground for uniformity. The trigger is a fully adjustable 2 to 8 oz. competition Timney. The safety and the bolt stop have been removed. The recoil lugs have been hand lapped for better lockup.

• The stock is fiberglass MPI hunter class benchrest that has been modified around the mortise area and the corporal line. It has an acrylic urethane finish, in emerald green with silver metallic flake. There is an aluminum spacer between the stock and the Pachmayr recoil pad.

• The barrel is a Montana Rifleman, 30cal 1:12" Twist, chrome moly, straight taper, 20", with an 11 degree target crown. The thread extension on the barrel has been changed from factory specs to aid in a tighter lockup.

• The gun doesn't come standard with sights so let us know what type of optics you want to use.

• The chamber was cut close, so the lockup is very tight.

• The barrel is fully bedded due to the fact that the harmonics are dampened by the larger diameter and shorter length.

• Bedding material is grey Marine-Tex.

• The caliber is .308 Winchester.

• The tolerances in the machining were held between .0001" to .0005" for the barrel and action.
